At Mr. Dom, your order is shipped directly from our suppliers, with warehouses located in the United States, Switzerland, and Asia.
Our estimated delivery window is between 8 to 30 business days after shipment. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
We are able to offer free shipping on all products by consolidating orders and shipping them in bulk to our logistics partners. This may slightly extend the delivery time, but allows us to offer zero shipping costs. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Orders are processed and handed to our suppliers for picking, packing, and shipping.

A tracking number is provided via email so you can follow the shipping progress.

The package is delivered to your local distribution center and then to your address.
We guarantee your order's delivery. If a package is lost before it reaches you, we will issue a full refund or reship a new product at no extra cost.

We will respond within 24 business hours.
📍 Entered the Wrong Shipping Address?

Most orders are processed the next business day. Email us immediately on the same day of your order to attempt an address correction.

Once the order is dispatched, we can no longer make changes.

Mr. Dom is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking codes are emailed within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary based on customs clearance and local postal service efficiency. Orders generally arrive in 5 to 19 business days, but may take up to 25 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived after this period, please contact your local post office. If they have no record, reach out to us immediately.
If we confirm a logistics issue, we will issue a full refund immediately.

Recipient Not Home: If no one is available to receive the delivery, another attempt will be made on the next business day.

Incorrect Address: If the address is wrong or the recipient is unknown, the package will be returned to sender.

Pickup Required: In some cases, your package may be held at the nearest postal location. If not collected in time, it will be returned to the sender.
✉️ Reshipping Conditions

Returned packages due to delivery failure (e.g., wrong address or unclaimed packages) are considered customer errors.

A $4.00 USD reshipping fee will apply for all re-shipments.

Re-shipments will be made only after the original package returns to our warehouse.

Once confirmed, the delivery time may take up to 35 business days.
📦 Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

This prevents overweight issues and accommodates products shipping from different warehouses.

🚫 Common Issues & Troubleshooting

Tracking Not Found: International orders may not be immediately visible in USPS or local systems until they enter the destination country. Please allow up to 10 business days.

Tracking Not Updating: Tracking updates may be delayed. Wait a few days or contact us if you are concerned.

Marked Delivered But Not Received: Check with neighbors, your building manager, or front desk. If still unresolved, contact us immediately.
