Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy – Mr. Dom
🚫 When to Refuse Delivery
Please refuse delivery of your order upon arrival if:

The package is open or damaged

The product is broken, defective, or compromised

The product does not match your order
If you still receive the product under these conditions, please contact our Customer Service team via email within 72 business hours (3 days) of delivery.
📩 How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return, cancellation, or to report an issue, contact us at:

Requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery to be eligible, as per U.S. consumer rights.
⚠️ Note: After this period, returns and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
🕒 Late Delivery
If your order has not arrived within 50 calendar days from the payment confirmation date, you may cancel the order and request a full refund.
📌 Eligible Return Reasons
Mr. Dom accepts returns or cancellations in the following two cases:

Product Defect
1. ORDER CANCELLATION / BUYER’S REMORSE
If your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. The item must be:

In unused condition
-
With no signs of wear or modification
-
In the original packaging
After your request is submitted, the product will undergo an inspection by our Quality Control team. If approved, the refund will be processed.

2. PRODUCT DEFECTS
Returns due to product defects will be accepted within 90 days of receipt, if the defect:

Is not due to misuse or normal wear

Clearly results from a manufacturing issue or material failure
The item must still be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.
📦 Return Shipping Instructions
All returns must be shipped via standard mail (e.g., USPS, UPS Ground) to the address provided by Mr. Dom's support team upon approval.
You must pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit. If the returned product does not pass quality inspection due to damage, use, or tampering, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
🔍 Product Inspection
Once the item is received, our Quality Control Department will inspect it. Refunds or cancellations will only be processed after this approval.
If the return does not meet the requirements, we will return the product without prior notice and reserve the right to charge return shipping.
💰 Refund Methods
Refunds are issued only after all original items have been received and inspected.

Credit Card Purchases via PayPal: Refunds are issued through PayPal to the original credit card or PayPal account used at checkout, within 7 business days of return confirmation.

Payments made via PayPal balance or linked bank account: Refunds will also be issued via PayPal to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective product.
💼 Refunds Initiated by Mr. Dom
Mr. Dom may issue refunds in the following cases:

Undeliverable Address: If the address provided is invalid or inaccessible, the product will be returned to our warehouse. We will refund the full product value, excluding shipping fees.

Out-of-Stock Products: If the item you purchased is out of stock and cannot be shipped, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. You will be notified of this occurrence.
