Exchanges and Returns

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy – Mr. Dom

To request an exchange or return, please contact our support team at contact@mrdom.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, the item you wish to exchange or return, and the reason for your request.

Once we receive your request, our team will respond within 48 business hours with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Sent back in its original packaging

  • Unused and in original condition

Any items returned that show signs of use or are not in their original packaging will not be accepted.

⚠️ Important: If the request is not made within 7 days of receiving the order, the return or exchange will no longer be eligible.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Return and exchange shipping costs are not covered by Mr. Dom. Both outbound and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Canceling Orders

If you wish to cancel a purchase, the request must be made within 12 hours after payment, or before the order has been processed. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, it cannot be canceled.

Product Requirements for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must not show any signs of use

  • It must be returned with all original packaging

  • The item must be securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping

  • Products that are damaged or altered by the customer will not be accepted

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect address was provided and the package is lost or undeliverable, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible.

Lost Packages or Delivery Issues

If your order is lost or there is a delivery issue caused by our shipping partner, we will resend your order free of charge, and the delivery time will reset.

Refunds

All refunds include an official refund confirmation receipt for your records.

  • PayPal Purchases: Refunds will be issued directly through PayPal to the same PayPal account or credit card used at checkout.

Note: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on PayPal's processing times.
